Laurel Valley Creamery

I recently completed my final photo story for my photojournalism class, and man, does it feel good to be nearing the end of the semester! For the past month, I have been working on a story on Laurel Valley Creamery, a small, family-run dairy farm in Gallipolis, Ohio. I really liked working on this story because it gave me the chance to really get to know the family. I spent so much time around them and talking to them, and the kids grew accustomed to having me around. It was a good feeling to really feel welcome with this family, and in turn, that enabled me to get more interesting shots and really tell the story with passion. Below is a photo from the story, and the rest of the story can be found by clicking on the "Laurel Valley" tab under the Stories section of my website.
